$125 a night Jan 2 through Feb 28 or $875 week
2 night minimum except holidays require a 3 night minimum
6.75% N.C. sales tax
$50 cleaning fee for occupancy over 4
$200 deposit is required

AMENITIES Both cottages are fully equipped in the kitchen with the following items: Oven/range, microwave, full size refrigerator, child's high chair, children's cups, dishes for 12, silverware, pots & pans, kitchen linens, coffee pot along with liners and coffee, serving utensils, knives, paper towels. Bears Den has a dishwasher.

The cottages have open floor plans with kitchen and living spaces combined. They have 32" TVs, DVD players, movies, internet access, books, games, and are full of brochures, magazines and maps for things to do. Both have a full size futon sofa sleeper with new spring-coiled mattresses for extra support and comfort. They each have an air conditioning unit along with two fans. Both are stocked with toilet paper, basic soaps, hairdryer, towels and linens for beds.
