Just North of Asheville where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping and the Biltmore Estate. The cottage is 5 minutes from the town of Weaverville where there is Lake Louise for a walk, Well Bred Bakery voted best in Western N.C. and Blue Mountain Pizza with live music every night. Reems Creek Golf Course is just one min. away. Take a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway, bird watch from the front porch, roast marshmallows in the fire pit, take a nap in the hammock, or just relax in the private 6 person hot tub...it has all you need to make your trip to the mountains memorable.

The cottage is located 15 minutes north of Asheville in the town of Weaverville. It is very easy to get to and you do not need four wheel drive to access the house. Reems Creek Golf course is located across the street which is a public course, the Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away and the town of Weaverville with shopping and restaurants is located just 8 driving minutes away.

Rates:
$150 a night March 1 through Jan 1 or $895 week
$110 a night Jan 2 through Feb 28 or $650 a week
2 night minimum except holidays require a 3 night minimum
6.5% N.C. sales tax
$50 cleaning fee for occupancy over 4
$200 deposit is required
